I requested for a transmission fluid change. Gavin got back to me quickly. He was so prompt. Scheduling with him was easy. Working with Shayden at the front desk was pleasant. He was very honest, very courteous, very thorough, informative, and kind. The service was well priced. The mechanics did a wonderful job. My husband said, “Overall, this was the best experience at a mechanics shop I been to in a decade.” I highly recommend Neue Auto for your automotive needs.

These guys are the BEST. So friendly, caring, and Professional. These three guys - Shayden, Gavin and Kaleo were so friendly and easy to talk to which really made me feel comfortable. From the first phone call with Shayden, he made me feel like their company will do their best to get the problem fixed. I felt like I was talking to my own son knowing he would do whatever it takes to make sure the job would be done with extra care. They kept me up to date on what was going on and what needed to be fixed and after when I picked my car up they explained everything they did and even showed me a picture of what they fixed which most mechanics would not do - at least the ones I have dealt with in the past . They also waited over 15 minutes for me to pick up my car on a Friday evening and were so very pleasant about it. So if you need to get your car repaired I definitely advise you to call NEUE AUTO REPAIR first because you won’t regret it. You will leave there happy and satisfied!!! Oh and one more thing - they offer a one-way ride either to or from their shop in Mapunapuna which for someone like myself who lives out in Wahiawa was extremely convenient and helpful knowing I didn't have to worry about inconveniencing someone to come and get me. So again, if you’re looking for an auto repair shop, call NEUE AUTO REPAIR. They really are professional Amazing!!!

Trustworthy, Affordable, and Fast auto repair shop. They knew exactly what needed to be done and quickly fixed my water pump without the “mechanics say you need this too” upsale line or pitch. We’ll be bringing our family cars to Neue anytime we need regular maintenance or repairs.
